Gurudev is traveling this weekend and we are honored to have Chandrakant join us for our weekly livestream.
The Body as the Book of Secrets with Chandrakant
In order to enter into whatever secrets the body holds as a Divine expression, you must have the capability to understand the language of Prana.
Understanding the language of Prana is not recognized through the ordinary activity of thought. The language of Prana is more subtle. It is akin to listening, as in an attentive listening to music. The listener becomes absorbed in the innately intelligent sensations and promptings of the body, carried into spontaneous expressions of Chitta and Prana, Consciousness and Energy.
We will enter into The Book of Secrets together with the Kriya of Chitta and Pran which Bapuji described to Gurudev as the “highest experience of yoga.” In Letters from Swami Kripalu, Personal Correspondence from HH Swami Shri Kripalvanandji to Yogi Amrit Desai, 1967 – 1973, Bapuji states, “I have shown you this kriya so that among these organizations, yours may attain a unique position. My primary position was for you; the secondary was for your organization. This kriya I have shown you is for yourself so that your love for yoga will grow and that you will have the direct experience of yoga”.
The first secret revealed; according to Bapuji “The meditation that is done by sitting crossed legged allows thoughts to create much disturbance. But, in the kriya of chitta and prana kriya, such disturbances do not arise.” The direct self-evident revelation of the first secret begins to transform the Book of Secrets into the Book of Self-Recognition where through the highest experience of yoga your love for yoga will grow.
